WOODFIRED SAUNA HOURLY SESSIONS 2026

August Tuesday 25th &  Wednesday 26th

Sessions: 10am-11am, 11.15am-12.15pm, 12.30pm- 1.30.pm, 1.45pm-2.45pm, 3pm – 4pm

September: Thursdays & Fridays – slots between 2pm&8pm Dates TBC 

October: Thursdays & Fridays – slots between 2pm&8pm Dates

 

What to expect:

– Wood-fired, lakeside, rural Sauna
– You will join a small group session for an hour ( up to 5 people)
– Space to slow down, breathe & reset.
Sessions can be booked as a Group for up to 6 people.

£22 per person in advance to secure you place**

Limited spaces per session – booking essential – PLEASE whats app Kate to book time, day and for payment details (contact in bio)

Please note the sauna requires a walk down throug the meadow, there is a cold shower but there are no facilities. We would recommend using a dry robe and sliders / flip flops and bringing water bottles to keep hydrated.

** An offer to book 6 sessions at £100 is available. 

Currently payment is via BACS once confirmed with Kate, and bookings are with Kate via Whats App.  

Whether you come solo or with friends, this is your chance to step out of the noise and into something real, calming and exhilarating .

Please make a bank transfer – details will be sent by Kate once booking time is agreed.

Booking is confirmed once payment is received.

* Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session
* Bring swimwear, towel, and suitable footwear
* Changing time is limited to 15 minutes between groups
