HIRE OUR SPACES
THE STUDIO
Can be hired for a wide range of workshops, courses, small events or meetings, presentations and demonstrations. Discreetly located near Market Harborough, with free onsite parking in a delightful rural setting.
The floor space is approximately 14 m x 7.5m / 1130 ft sq.
This studio can be used for classes – currently we have frequent Yoga, Pilates and wellbeing sessions. (Up to 20 mats fit comfortably) As well as business team building sessions and small corporate team meetings.
Tables can be set up for meetings, talks or more informal get togethers. We can supply folding trestle tables and stacking chairs (to accommodate up to 20 people sitting). Two larger formal dining tables, fitting 12 and 8. You are welcome to bring your own.
More chairs can be fitted in for a talk or presentation – up to approx. 40.
Free Fibre Optic Super Fast Wifi
There is an open plan kitchen use of which can be hired as an add on to your main use, or can be hired for cooking demonstrations.
A wellbeing treatment room is set off the main space as well as bathroom facilities – loos and a shower.

OUTDOOR KITCHEN & ENTERTAINING SPACE
A open sided, covered, African style gazebo and outdoor kitchen is also available to hire with a woodfired oven and sink. A round table to fit up to 20 seated. The oak structure is C13 with cedar wood shingles and makes a fabulous social space for demonstrations and gatherings looking out to the rural landscape, surrounded by nature.
